Remote FTP Server HostName?

I have created an FTP server using zftp and everything works fine when I connect within my network (local) when I use the hostname "wolfs-computer" because thats the name of the computer. But I don't know what to put as the hostname for remote connections. I have the port forwarding set (21) to my computer, and I have a working account. Please help!!
