I'm looking for a couple of drugstore makeup items: liquid eyeliner, liquid foundation, powder. help?

Neutrogena Acne Solutions foundation (about $10) is amazing for oily skin, I would put it equal to my Clinique Acne Foundation ($28). For liner, try a pencil to get that kohl finish, don't get a cheap brand because it literally feels like it rips off your eyelid. Try using a large blush brush to apply your powder, it will leave a much lighter finish and it will set your makeup beautifully.
