I accidentally set flash as a default program for .exe?

i accidentally set adobe flash as a default program for .exe and now even system restore wont work. i tried to use Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs and all the stuff inside there but it wont work. also tried uninstalling flash. for some reason, it opens still on flash. it says FTP, HTTP and HTTPS with a adobe flash icon, but it says default program is google chrome, but when i open it it opens on flash.
