Is the scottish game going backwards . ?

The last time a side won other than celtic or rangers was 1983-1984 and 1984-85 won by aberdeen. i mean a bit of domination is good. but its just getting rediculous. will we ever see a championship winning side in our life time other than these two bastard teams. ??
