What do these notes refer to? G C#1 D#1 D1 C G#?

It possibly is octaves. All to right being octaves going up. Then to the left it is just octave 0 (C0, D0,D#0) or simply without the 0. (C, D,D#) Taking a guess here because I haven't really wanted to/learned the octave numberings.
