Can you help me with CSS not updating?

im using html css on dreamweaver and ive had no problem until now. I made small adjustments on my css file of my home (index) page and it looks great on DW preview. I saved it and updated file on my hosting ftp server but the changes are not showing?? Ive cleared my cache and viewed it on a diff pc and with IE and Firefox but its still not updating?
