What is a good low priced phone company for your phone?

i need something that the monthly plan needs to be 35 dollars or less. I want unlimited texting&& at least 100 minutes of talk. Right now i have virgin mobile; and its ****. sorry for my launguage but it has the worst coverage you could ever get, &&half the time the texting doesnt work. and im paying freaking 25$$ a month. i want a nice smart phone touch screen with a slider. know any good plans? if you can please give me a link, very apprecitated. thank you. :)
