FTP question - How can I allow certain users to view certain directories?

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and I have configured an FTP server. Now I would like to allow different users to access different directories and only those directories after entering proper credentials. How can I do this? Is there software or can I do it in Windows?
