Is CG Smoothers SPF 15 Tinted Moisturizer any good?

I have never tried a tinted moisturizer and would like to start out with a drugstore one before purchasing one that is $20 or more! I usually don't wear foundation in the summer because its too heavy but I still need some coverage so I thought I'd try a TM. I have oily, acne prone, sensative skin & I have pink undertones. I just don't want it to make me oily and break out. Is this a good product? What are your thoughts about it? Should I buy it? Thanks!
