I was born in Aberdeen in 1983 to non British parents?

i was born on the 12th of december 1983, in Aberdeen, to non british parents, who later went back tp their country with me, now i came in for studies on a student visa, at the moment i have graduated from school, and i applied for post-study visa which i got, but i need to get my right of abode since i was born i the country.....Please does anyone know how i can go about this?
