Help on FTP to transfer files on windows using ftp?

i wanted to transfer some files from 10.81.101.142 to 10.81.72.34, which are connected through a network internely in our company. anyybody can help me write a line which can command in command prompt to transfer the files from the C drive to this C drive?? using FTP
